Three-in-one buffer
Application:
It is used in SMT production line to connect two equipment of different cycle time to buffer and throttle the flow of PCB, and NG/OK select the product. It integrates the functions of dual push conveyor, L-type loader and L-type unloaded.
Features：
a) PLC controlled system, and touch screen peration.
b) It allows for two magazines
c) Pitch Selection: From lOmm to 40mm
d) Conveyor Direction: Right to Left (Left to Right Option)
e) Multi Function Warning System
f) There are two cylinder to pusher PCB
g) The clamping of magazine is realized by cylinder. The clamping operation is thus reliable.
